Orders generally process within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimated from day of shipping. You can verify the delivery status using the tracking number that will be provided to you. 

Please consider that due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24th.

You may return the products purchased within 30 days of delivery free of charge if made through our courier.
