Orders generally process within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimated from day of shipping. You can verify the delivery status using the tracking number that will be provided to you. 

Orders placed by noon EST on December 18th will deliver by December 24th. Complimentary returns are extended to January 31st, 2025.

Please note that hot-stamped personalized products cannot be returned.

We offer complimentary Ground Delivery, Second Day delivery for $25 and Overnight for $35.

Please note Fragrances can only be shipped via Ground delivery.
