Church’s ‘Crafted for You’ service allows you to create the perfect shoe, hand-crafted to meet your taste and needs. Book an appointment in one of our stores and, supported by specialists, choose all the components of your design: from your favourite silhouette to the sole, from the uppers' leather to details and finishes that will make your shoe unique. Your pair will require 12 weeks for completion, and, like all Church's shoes, it will be crafted in our historic factory in Northampton.

They will help you find the perfect shoe for any occasion based on your taste and needs, provide recommendations when choosing a gift for someone special, and share their extensive knowledge of shoe care.
Enjoy a complimentary local delivery service available at all Church's stores. For any in-store purchase, we can arrange a fast delivery to your house or temporary accommodation, so you can return to your daily errands or explore a new city with free hands. We will also be glad to advise on prompt taxi services or help you carry your new purchases to the car.
Church's shoes are crafted to last a lifetime when properly cared for. The Goodyear method used to craft most of our shoes allows them to be deconstructed and completely refurbished in 60 steps. Full repair service can be requested at all Church's stores for shoes with Goodyear construction, and it will be carried out in our historic Northampton factory in 6-12 weeks, depending on requests.
Discover our complimentary personalisation service available on footwear, belts and small leather goods at all Church's stores. Decorate your new purchase with embossed, hot-foiled or hammer-stamped initials to make it one-of-a-kind.
